Notes:
1) IMPORTANT! CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES - sometimes EB extends the coupon expiration dates (so the the dates listed above may not be correct) you can check to see what the actual expiration date is after you enter the promo code. After you enter the code and click on the apply button, the page should tell you that the code has been applied and you should see a button labeled “details”, click on the “details” button and look at the expiration date and restrictions.
Be careful using expired promo codes, often you can apply expired promo codes to your order and the order will show the discount, but when you hit the submit key, the discount will disappear.
2) The website only accepts one promotion code per order, so it does not look like you can stack any of these. In the past they have run special promos and you will get free shipping without entering a promo code provided that you use you EB CC. When they offer this promotion you may be able to enter an additional promo code during checkout.
3) EB charges a $3 handling charge.
4) Make sure to click through from Fatwallet to get your FatCash (4%), HEY WHAT HAPPENED?? EDDIE BAUER ISN”T LISTED IN THE STORES SECTION
Here is an explination. Have to use Ebates instead.

I Just saw a thread about US/State employee’s getting a discount and didn’t realize how many people don’t know they have a discount available to them.
Verizon Wireless has discounts available to so many company’s employees you would not believe it. I no longer work there and so do not have access to the current lists. But basically how it works is any company that has a business contract with Verizon will also have some % off for that company’s employees. That discount ranges from 1-25%off of service and accessories depending on the size of the contract. Many many companies have 15-20%. I remember the day i had training on the discounts I did a search for every job I had worked and many of the companies my friends worked for and 90% of them had some sort of discount.
My personal recommendation would be to call and try to add the “employee discount” for wherever you work. Just act like you know it exists and they will most likely find it.
I would also try calling back and getting another rep if the first can’t find it. (this mostly has to do with the employee discount recently being added to customer services responsibilities … it used to be business services that would do it… so not all csr reps are trained on it) When I quit there and got a new job recently it took me 3 reps to get one that knew how to deal with the employee discounts and find my current employer in the lists.
Many of the companies that you would get Verizon’s discount don’t really know that their employee’s get the discount…So don’t assume yours doesn’t because you haven’t heard anything.
Sorry this post kinda rambles. Bottom line is your company probably has some kind of Verizon Wireless discount and you can just add it on to your existing plan with no penalties whatsoever. May as well give them a call.
Edit*
While I personally think Verizon is the best carrier out there right now, this thread isn’t meant to be “why Verizon is better or worse than other carriers”. It’s just a way for some people to save some cash if they have already decided Verizon is for them.
Edit*
The post following mine is much better at keeping the discounts current so I removed my outdated list.
