Important update:
I have contacted Buy.com regarding both rebates required 2 original UPC codes. Now they find a new way to get away with it. They sent me an e-mail said that the send rebate does not require UPC code. I went to their web and found the second rebate’s condition has been changed to “Two original Model part number FR-803 along with Limited Warranty Card (For Consumers Record)”. I don’t know what is a part number and where can I find it. Anyone knows? But I did find the limited warranty and warranty registration cards inside the pot.
Fishy! I will keep copies of both rebate forms and Buy.com’s reply e-mail. If I can not get my rebate back, I am going to BBB.
